Mingus Mountain with Kathe Coot

- Wed, Aug 26 – Mingus Mountain (near Prescott): We’ll start about 5am from Scottsdale, possibly break up the trip with quick stops on the way, and once on the mountain, explore several stops through the pine forest. We can hope for nuthatches, forest-dwelling woodpeckers and flycatchers, plus summer warblers, tanagers and vireos. Wrap up with a picnic lunch and return to the Phoenix area around 3 pm.
