Salt River with Kathe Coot

Start at 7:30am at the meeting spot (Starbucks on the NW corner of Power and McDowell in Mesa; 2832 N. Power Road) to explore 3-4 sites along the Salt River that should give us a host of waterfowl, some shorebirds and waders, raptors, desert songbirds and more. Wrap up 11ish at the last site.  National Park Pass or Tonto National Forest Day Pass is required. Other sites to explore will be discussed and open to participants for the balance of the day.
