SAS has reserved a spot at Thunderbird Conservation Park in Glendale for Saturday, October 14, 2023. Here are the particulars:

(near Entrance to the Park off 59th Ave extension; Turn right or left for parking areas.

WHEN: 8:30 AM TO 12:30 PM

Advice: Bring Hat, sunscreen, a chair, BINOCULARS and your PICNIC LUNCH. SAS will supply water, COFFEE and DONUTS !!.

There will be bird walks as the park has a number of trails where birds can be seen. “McBob” (Bob McCormick) will be guiding a group. Below is the MAP of the PARK and its location (Cut and Paste into your browser):
