April 8th (Monday): Salt River
We’ll meet about 6:45am for a trip to sites along the Salt River northeast of
Mesa, looking for the usual desert and river denizens as well as orioles,
vermilion flycatchers and other early colorful avian migrants. A Tonto
National Forest or National Parks pass is required. A morning trip, ending
about 11. Limit 7 participants. Difficulty 1-2 (some uneven surfaces).
Spaces will be held for Sonoran Audubon members until 2 weeks before
