DESCRIPTION:– Wednesday\, Nov 15\, 2023 – Gilbert Water Ranch/Rosey-faced\nLovebirds: The ever-popular Gilbert Water Ranch continues to be a bird\nmagnet for a variety of waterfowl\, shorebirds\, waders\, common\ndesert/urban interface songbirds and more. We’ll meet at 8am just off the\nparking lot into the Water Ranch from Guadalupe Road\, at the west\nentrance\, in front of you as you drive in. Lasts about 90 min. – 2 hours.\nWe’ll wrap up by 11am. Those wanting to see some Rosey-faced Lovebirds\ncan continue to another site about 15 min. away that’s reliable for these\nnoisy rainbows. Difficulty 1. Limited to 7 vaccinated participants who are\nmembers of Sonoran Audubon (opening to others at two weeks prior to the\ntrip date if there is room).
