DESCRIPTION:Sonoran Audubon Society: Thunderbird Conservation Park  \nDecember 5\, 2025 9:30am-11:30am \nLeaders: Kaylee\, Grey \nFor all experience levels – whether you’re new to birding or an expert – we will learn together \n  \nA slice of wild in urban Glendale\, this park attracts many birds. It is easy to access and has free parking. Another late morning bird walk in a natural preserve\, showcasing the Sonoran Desert’s beauty. Birds we may see and hear include flickers\, quails\, sparrows\, wrens\, hummers\, woodpeckers\, verdins\, and vultures. Grey will have the Merlin app running on a phone – so we can all brush up on our auditory birding skills.
