DESCRIPTION:Join us for a family bird walk in the Estrella Mountains with guide\, Tom Locascio! \nThis park has a wide variety of species due to the generous representation of habitats\, such as mesquite bosque; open river channels providing flyovers by Cormorants\, Egrets\, Herons\, and Ibis. There is a mini-grassland\, pollinator garden\, all surrounded by Sonoran Desert species. \nLocation: Estrella Mountain Regional Park\, address: 14805 W. DESCRIPTION:Nature Fest PHX is an annual free\, family-friendly event that celebrates our community’s connection to nature! Sonoran Audubon\, alongside several other groups\, will have a table at the event to showcase our group\, local birding community\, conservation efforts\, and more.
